During the summer of 2005, Ramsey went through a rigorous selection process to become a certified workshop presenter for Monster.com’s Diversity Leadership Program. Ramsey presented workshops on resume writing, interviewing, goal setting, career development, and diversity awareness to corporate executives and college students at three Diversity Leadership symposiums.

Ramsey is an Associate Analyst at Ares Management, an investment management firm that specializes in managing assets in both the private equity and leveraged finance markets. Ramsey’s professional financial qualifications include the Series 7, 31, and 65 Licenses. Ramsey earned his Masters in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance, from the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno.
